Add user messaging for export to catalog button #60

Description

The lack of a user message or notification once a user presses the "export to catalog" button within the Sinopia UI has caused confusion for users of Blue Core, and previously for users of Sinopia. Often times, a user isn't sure if the resource has been sent to the local system, and they press the button many times. Since the email notification that is sent has to wait for the DAG to run, and it is in a different application, the user may not know the status of the action.

Related ticket:
It would be very helpful if the Sinopia Editor could display a message after users click “export to catalog,” indicating the results or any errors encountered. Right now, it's very confusing for catalogers to know what happened after clicking "export to catalog".

Examples with feedback from the Sinopia side and our comments:
Example 1: HSK Standard Course 4, Workbook (*Context: This is from the initial exports; among the 8 instances, one didn't export).
Sinopia side (communication via email): [It] failed to update the existing bib and the only error I have is that it failed to update.
Comment/Question: It’s unclear how Alma interacts with the middleware when accepting records (e.g., whether it create new records, overlays, merges, etc.). An error message would be helpful in explaining what happened to the record after the user clicks "export to catalog".

Example 2: HSK standard course 1-test2 (Context: I updated the records and tried exporting them again, but nothing happened... I then duplicated one of our records in Sinopia, and changed its title to "HSK standard course 1-test2" and clicked "export to catalog", but it didn't export.)
Sinopia side: The export failed at the point where the Middleware compiles the BF XML, so I would check your description and see if something in the description may have caused the BF XML to fail.
Comment/Question: The only unusual value in the description is “HSK biāo zhǔn jiào chéng 1”. However, I’m not sure this is the case, as the record still didn’t export even after I changed it to “HSK biao zhun jiao cheng 1”. Again, an error message directly from the Sinopia Editor would be helpful in indicating what happened to the record.
*This is more of an enhancement issue rather than a bug.
