Not being able to open in chrome

Hey everyone and thanks in advance for any tips. When i go to open the folder in chrome there simply isnt anything i can select?

The readme file simply says select the folder. When i do that i get hit with: The manifest file is missing or illegible, Loading the manifest failed.
