Chromium flickers

I noticed several iterations ago that the view to which a page loads starts flickering. I see it right now with every site and the problem has magnified in version 106.0.5249.103

When this happens to me, I restart the browser and it goes away. Obviously not ideal, but as with lots of things it probably can't be fixed unless we can find a way to consistently reproduce the problem, and I can restart the browser pretty easily.

Yes, but restarting it in the middle of a video or workflow isn't efficient.

Since the problem gets progressively worse over time, I'm usually able to wait until an opportune moment. I definitely agree it would be better to fix this, but I don't know how to replicate it right now.
