I have a Shintaro Bluetooth mouse : SHMBTM which will not connect to a Dell Latitude 7400 , Blue tooth is enabled. When you hit the search icon and press the connect button under the mouse it does not connect ; if you hold the button while the app is searching it still does not connect. Ideas please.
