Current behaviour

There is no way for cockpit to set the EKF position based on user feedback

Expected or desired behaviour

The user could right click on the map and click in the context menu as "Set Position" and send MAV_CMD_EXTERNAL_POSITION_ESTIMATE to the vehicle to correct the vehicle posittion.

Prerequisites

• I have checked to make sure that a similar request has not already been filed or fixed.
