repo: mention sync being hop-by-hop #4
Description
In the "Synchronization" section, can mention that all the sync mechanisms can happen between any two parties. AKA, does not need to be from publishing party to final receiving party; there may be arbitrary intermediate parties/hops in between.
In general the repo doc doesn't/shouldn't need to mention PDS concept specifically.
