Add WebSocket support for real-time graph data updates

Enable real-time graph updates (e.g. CPU, memory, disk usage, uptime, response times - practically for all the graphs on the dashboard) by pushing new data points from the backend to the frontend via WebSockets, instead of polling.

This is a core feature that we're still planning out, so it's going to be a little while until we're ready to implement it.

Keep your eyes open for issues related to this though as we will be creating many more much more detailed sub issues once work commences!
