Update Mongo to `v4.4.30`? (Mongobleed)

Well, not exactly I am just wondering wether it is possible to update mongo db to the latest v4.4 in the docker-compose examples? I would be happy to submit a PR!

Update mongodb to v4.4.30. (Mongobleed patch)

Additional context
I know that checkmate probably doesn‘t expose mongodb, but regardless of the mongobleed exploit,
I would like to update the mongodb version to the most recent as possible (even if that is just a few minor version upgrades).
