rewrite legacy skins' javascript

With Bootstrap 6 on the horizon, I'm finally considering whether or not I should "modernize" the legacy frontends, those being the Bootstrap and Finalium 1 frontends.

While they do sort of work, the JS code for both frontends are JQuery-based and are a pain to deal with. They're routed to different API pages than the newer cleaner ones that Biscuit and Trinium use. There's still the bug where you can't unrate an upload after rating it, and replying is straight up broken on Finalium for some reason.

I might look into this later once OpenSB 1.3 is more ready.

yeah the old comment api has been always cursed. one of the primary reasons why in 2023 I ditched finalium in favour of biscuit was because of the horrendous javascript (see: https://squarebracket.pw/view/z1nOT6Fe9ZM). it has always been the worst part of the legacy frontends. I'm pretty sure it was always supposed to be temporary.

an update on this: the finalium js will be rewritten for finalium 1.1

now this isnt really relevant but i figured im gonna post some finalium 1.1 WIP screenshots here

all that is remaining is the js for the bootstrap frontend, which will probably be done around opensb 2.1
