[Request]: Add .clang-format to simplify contributions #45

Would it be possible to include a .clang-format file in the repo and reformat the library against its rules? It can be any kind of rule you prefer, I just think that it'll make contributing to the project a lot easier, as for example I have a few changes I've made over the past two months that I'll have to manually merge in between formatting changes made to v.1.3.0.
Solution
Add .clang-format and set it to the preferred rules, so all contributors can format new contributions against those.
