I‘m confused about how to use Bmad in a in-progress project.

I know that I need to create a docs folder in the root directory of the project, so that , the agent coding based on the story can work.

The question is, how can I generate project-related arch documents ,or prd , in a project that has already been partially built?

In cursor, use the different roles.md as the prompt for the new custom mode?

and then let cursor read the entire code base, generate the document, and put it in the docs folder?

Or other ways?
