Implementing small stories using BMAD method

Hi,

I integrated BMAD into an existing project and tried to implement a small 3-point user story. While the initial project documentation was fine, the implementation phase treated the story as a large initiative, producing extensive requirements and architecture for what ended up being only eight lines of code.

It seems small stories and large epics are going through the same workflow, which doesn’t always match real-world usage.
