I have been following the progress of this project via the github discussions, issues, PRs, and forks. It has been nice to watch discussions evolve into issues and PRs, or get rerouted from PRs to discussions. The entire population of BMAD users already have access to and uses this very forum. I will grant its a bit of an odd experience with some of each discussion in a comment thread and some outside. Im honestly not sure myself which to use. Discord and Reddit are very ephemeral. Valuable information tends to get lost faster as the pace of chatter picks up. I am interested in the wiki you mentioned. I imagine you are looking for a way to deal with the frequent low effort messages about how to use the repo. I wonder if we can build a bot with access to participate in the discussions section. It could automatically answer questions like those by directing them to the appropriate section of the wiki. If someone brings up an idea that has already been discussed it can direct them to the summary of that discussion in the wiki. Ideally it could populate the wiki on a regular basis from discussions that occur here. |

idk a discord would be so fun to be able to back and forth in the moment then relying on a wiki. A few simple bots could keep it from getting to wild imo |

The search in discord is really bad, also google does not index it. Yes realtime chat is fun, but not as a replacement for structured discussions |

While its convenient to have this tied to the repo - its a bit single purpose and hard to expand on - and also the ui and ability to find things is not great.
Thinking about branching out into either a sub reddit or maybe a discord server to augment or even replace the discussions.
