Restructure Branch is VERY alpha (very early v4 branch)

I am pushing to a branch called restructure - it is not a finalized structure and there will still be some major changes. Feedback is definitely welcome though - just want to call out YMMV and it is barely tested. I hope to have a final review ready branch up tonight at some point (CST) and will announce on the discord and also reply to this thread when its ready for review.

For the review of restructure/v4 - I am looking for feedback on:

• structure
• ease of understanding (sans docs)
• the integration of more dedicated ide specific agents
• easy path forward that should work with almost any ide (rule based ide switcher
• generic doc running of any template
• bundle builder and easier custom bundle configuration via `team-* agents!

Also should mention - until the PR is up - I will be pushing many updates to the branch, so the restructure branch, to be named v4-branch is not at all stable for PRing against yet - love the help though - please suggest changes here in this thread or ask first as stuff might still drastically move around, change format, folder and file names, standard sections etc.. I cannot get this all finished and ready for final release and try to merge in PRs at the moment.
