Bundles are not single files, and you just use a simple instruction to run it (See the readme)
There is a new expansion-packs feature! There is one that is part of the repo that can be installed, and you can use the bmad agent to make your own also!
There are now IDE agents for all agents! They are optimized for size!
The SM and Dev Agent still need some udpates to align with doc file names, so they will be a little wonky until updated

Please - help try this early alpha out, spot bugs, let me know whats great and what needs work etc... Its still alpha, things will still randomly change - but this is the future state.

Also its now much easier to get started, if you dont want to configure, the web build will be help up to date with various options to install - either whole teams tailored to your project type, or individual web agents are now also back as some liked having a separate gem for each agent.

And for your existing or new project, all you need to do is copy over bmad core! You can either set up custom agent modes from the agent ide folder, OR set up a rule for slash ide-agent switching! It works great with windsurf, cursor and claude-code that i tested it with. Meaning now we can have unlimited custom agent modes in ANY ide!

Hope it went well for you @ksylvan ! I just finished a round of hiring and it was tough with so many cheating scammers applying - 1000s of resumes, maybe 30-40 good ones in all the mess. Whichever side of the interview you are on good luck! If you are looking, I wish I knew you were looking a few weeks ago :)

Wow great :) Ill pm you over on discord tomorrow. Had a few FAANG candidates, but they all turned out to be the ai cheating candidates that i think didnt even work the places they worked and seemed to be all from another part of the world calling from a boiler room or call center. hiring is so strange now.
