cis brainstorming is broken

Describe the bug
When starting a CIS brainstorming session, or a new brainstorming session from the new bmgd package, it fails to load the core brainstorming workflow as the workflow.yaml file has been renamed to workflow.md

Steps to Reproduce
Start brainstorming session via cis / bmgd brainstorming game

the core workflow is loaded and executed without errors

Yes and even in the bmgb module it is most probably broken, see my comment on the merged pr
