issue installing v6 on windows 11

Describe the bug
when using the npx bmad-method@alpha install command with node installed, i can answer the two first questions, but at the 3rd i cannot move the selection with the arrows or select with the spacebar

simply run the command again...

I was able to get past this issue by pressing enter upon seeing step 3, then I could keyboard up and down to navigate the menu along with space to select. Until I pressed enter no key commands were responding.
