[Bug]MetadataCreate example is not working.

MetadataCreate example doesn't seems to work, both when trying to reproduce it on own codebase (getting Solnet.Metaplex from nuget) and cloning this repo.

Updating the nuget package now.

Let me know if you run into any other issues. The issue was from using the non-fungible token standard setting. Switching the token standard to fungible will allow you to mint a normal metadata token. You can also switch the metadata version from 4 to 3 allowing you to use the old metadata instructions if the new instructions cause issues.

Thanks, now the error is " Failed to serialize or deserialize account data: Unknown"
