Proposed Solution

Build an AI-powered onchain treasury defense agent that:

• Listens to volatility and liquidity events
• Calculates dynamic risk scores
• Makes autonomous HOLD / DEFENSIVE SWAP decisions
• Executes treasury rebalancing onchain
• Emits verifiable metadata for audit transparency

This system focuses on:

Capital preservation
Volatility defense
Automated survival logic

The agent integrates directly with smart contracts and executes fully verifiable, onchain transactions.
