Description
It appears to go through the motions correctly and the SMA ROM is included (and at the proper location) with the correct overall file size for the .neo and the structure appears valid. However, the resulting image causes constant resets on the NeoGeo.
ROM set from the latest Software List version of MAME (0.273).
