Bumps [sanitize-html](https://github.com/apostrophecms/sanitize-html) to 2.15.0 and updates ancestor dependency [@jupyter-widgets/html-manager](https://github.com/jupyter-widgets/ipywidgets). These dependencies need to be updated together.
