Concern about country-level blocks, especially in default config

While` Boldleads `frontpage is promoting Pride Month celebration, unambiguously imaging itself as inclusive and diversity respecting company, this repo facilitates country-level CIDR blocks (and apparently `lockdown-lists` contains the data itself).

This looks hypocritical. Country level blocks are cancer and should be eliminated. Especially as a default option: please remove.
