Contribution Guide

Hello, I love your project! I was going to take a stab at trying to implement filtering, but I can't seem to get this package working for local development. Do you know how I'd go about linking another package to `@clack/prompts` and `@clack/core` for local development? Sorry if this is obvious haha.
