[Request] support `signal` / AbortController in @clack/prompts (not just @clack/core)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was happily using @clack/prompts but needed to be able to abort the menu I was displaying to respond to asynchronous events and display an updated menu. AbortController is perfect for this but you can't pass the signal through to any of the @clack/prompts component.

I'd just like each of the p.confirm, p.text components to accept (and pass through) an optional signal parameter.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm am using @clack/core directly.

I ran into needing this recently as well - I thought that #216 would have made it possible (as it implements into the base Prompt class), but I couldn't seem to get it working for autocomplete multiselect 🤔
