I want to: improve the flexibility and re-useablility of the SimpleList component using an Overrides pattern

Because: the component is somewhat rigid and uses several specific render props

Acceptance Criteria

• imlpement the Overrives pattern on SimpleList
• keep old SimpleList as LegacySimpleList
