[Feature Request]: Dripstone creeper launches pointed dripstone up in the air when exploding. #148

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The different creepers don't have much variety in functionality. The dripstone creeper especially feels like a missed opportunity.
Solution(s)
The dripstone creeper has a stalactite on its head. When exploding, the dripstone creeper should launch this stalactite up into the air as an extra attack.
