Does Microsoft's Intellisense have to be disabled?

Just a general question, does leaving intellisense in Microsoft's c/c++ extension on cause issues with clangd's code completion/assistance features?

I've never tried to do it so not sure.

I disable it during extension project setup in the project's .vscode/settings.json
