Boost Tools are maintained in the tools/ directory of the superproject, in parallel to the libs/ (all the boost libraries).

The earlier website provided links in a few places, such as this page:

Ideas to include hyperlinks to tools/ on the new website. https://www.boost.org/libraries/latest/list/ at the end of the list, add a section:

"Boost Tools"

Below that heading, a list of the items, similar to the libraries list. An "Additional/Other/Internal Boost Tools" section could be added at the bottom of each of the three views

This may be the right method, or it may provide too much visibility to "internal developer tools" that end-users don't often need. At least, some method should be found to display the tools/ docs.
