If you have installed plugins that add other player options (such as bot detector, high scores, etc), they may conflict with this plugin. You can only have 7 total player options in runelite currently.

So which other option do I have that's conflicting because I don't see it (There isn't one). Are you sure the bug preventing this option from appearing now is directly affected by what you're saying it is?

You're not going to believe me when I say, I had a quick look through the properties, just to redact secrets/webhook URL's - what not. I spotted equipmentinspector.holdShift=true - Obviously tested in-game whilst holding shift and long behold there was the option. I've unchecked this on the plugin on the client and it's appearing now.
I've never used the shift option before so no idea how it's turned on, I just noticed the option was no longer on the right click context menu after a 4 month break. Perhaps I switched it on before I left and just forgot I've done it. It couldn't have turned it on it's self.

Had this same problem, HOWEVER, my box was not ticked. I also do not recall this being there before (maybe it was), so my guess is that it was added, and for some reason you need to tick and untick it to have the expected behavior.

Actually, it seems I need to do this with each launch. Not sure why. Will need to trial-and error uninstall some shit.

Still having this issue even with limited player option plugins added. I have to disable and re-enable the plugin every time I open Runelite.

I also have this issue, I have to toggle the hold shift option on and off to make the option appear
