systemd warns about legacy path in tmpfiles.conf drop-in

Platform I'm building on:
aws-ecs-2-nvidia on g6f.large

What I expected to happen:
No errors from nvidia.conf visible in journalctl -p5.

What actually happened:

Nov 08 23:21:22 localhost systemd-tmpfiles[2282]: /x86_64-bottlerocket-linux-gnu/sys-root/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/nvidia.conf:11: Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/nvidia-persistenced → /run/nvidia-persistenced; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.

How to reproduce the problem:
Check the journal with this variant and instance type.
