Expose containerd log level via Bottlerocket API

What I'd like:

containerd supports a global option --log-level as described here.
Do debug things like stuck image pulling using --log-level debug would be helpful.

Use with care, because this could hurt containerd performance and cause operating system stress like high I/O.
