Question regarding Bottles GUI

Is there any plans from Bottles devs to some day create a Qt version of the GUI so that it looks more native on KDE Plasma?

No. Bottles Next will most likely be based on Iced or some other Rust-based UI library. You can write your own frontend if you'd like. Skel's been slowly working on cleaning up Bottles so it's a bit nicer to do that, and the Next utilities will be split nicely so that anybody can use them.
