[Bug]: Controller slowly delaying and become totally unresponsive on Steam Deck game mode

Hello,
A long-time Bottles user here, it always works just fine before. Last time I reset my deck, and reconfigure my bottles to be same as my old setting as possible, it always has this issue no matter I change every settings.

I always use this settings, and it just works before but not now:

Bottles Settings

Runner : ge-proton10-29
DXVK : dxvk-gplaysync-v2.7.1-1
VK3D : vk3d-proton-3.0
LatencyFlex : latencyflex-v0.1.1

Display Settings
Renderer: Vulkan

Performance:
Feral GameMode: Active
Preload Game Files: Active

I've messed up with every settings, but the problem still occurs

To Reproduce

• Fresh install with default permission on Bottles
• Install bottles with soda
• After installed, configure the runner to proton etc..
• Install Epic and games
• Add shortcut to steam
• Boot to game mode, and run the game (GTA V)
• The controller works fine on the first time. But the controller slowly start to delay and become totally unresponsive. While using a mouse, there's no problem
