[Request]: No way to change UI language #4372

My system is set to Japanese, so by default most apps show in Japanese.
In Bottles, the current Japanese translation is incomplete, making it difficult to use, because half of the text is in Japanese and the other half is in English. In that case I would rather just use Bottles in English. (I am talking about the Bottles UI itself, not the individual apps you add to it)
I saw in a past thread regarding this issue "there is no reason for an app to have a different language than the rest of the system", but I disagree - if an app has an incomplete and/or bad translation, then it is better to just use it in another language if you can understand it.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a UI language option in the settings. Until the Japanese translation is finished, I would like to just use Bottles in English, without having to change my entire system's language.
