[Bug]: Browse C: Could not show link, launch failed

Describe the bug

When I click the "Browse C:/ drive" button inside any bottle, I get the following popup and nothing happens.

This feature has been working fine for me until recently.
I'm not exactly sure what has changed or when it broke, but I noticed the issue a week ago or so.

Additional context

Some tests I did without results

• System reboot doesn't help
• Both system and flatpak are updated
• I did a clean Bottles install to make sure all flatpak dependencies are installed
• I renamed bottles folder to ensure a clean config

~/.var/app/com.usebottles.bottles/

• xdg launchs Thunar without issues

xdg-open ~

• Bottles flatpak config is reset to default on Flatseal
• My only global environment variables are to force GTK dark theme

I'm sorry, this issue is unrelated to Bottles.

After trying to debug it again today, I found that other flatpaks on my system are suffering from the same issue. At least ATLauncher and Ryujinx can't open the file manager.

Ryu log is also unhelpful like Bottles' but ATL gives me this:

I noticed GTK_MODULES points to the same module as the error from ATL, so

With this, I tried adding the following exports to my ~/.bash_profile

Reboot, but nothing.

I think I should ask in CachyOS forum, but if you have any hint why this could be happening I would greatly appreciate it.

For anyone reading this in the future, I have been able to fix the issue by re-setting Thunar as the default file manager.

This flatpak issue comment gave me the idea to try that. It was a silly idea because Thunar was already the default file manager, but it worked for some reason.

The weird part is that everything was working fine a month ago, so I guess a CachyOS update broke that default link somehow, go figures.

You learn something new everyday. Sorry for wasting your time.
