[Bug]: stuck on almost done

Describe the bug

Bottles fails to install necessary dependencies and gets stuck on the "Almost Done" screen.

The same as #4164

To Reproduce

1. Launch Bottles for the first time
2. On the greeting screen, click on the right arrow button until you see "Almost Done"
3. Click on "Continue"

Debugging Information

Can't access the hamburger menu, because the "Almost Done" is blocking it, there's no way to close it or switch to the main window.

If you from Russia just try to run it with VPN. That helps me.
