Fix automated cloudflare page deployment

Our repository normally uses Cloudflare Pages to automatically deploy preview builds for PRs, which makes it easy to review changes. However, this functionality has not been working for some time.

In the current form, this preview functionality doesn't work on PRs coming from forks.

This issue may remain open until a better solution is found.

For some time, I haven't been able to see the preview pages, even when Cloudflare appears to run and deploy them.

I keep getting a "site can't be reached" error. For example, see: #158

No, it actually tries to load the site for quite a long time, and then it gives the error:

This site can't be reached

The reason is that Cloudflare Pages (pages.dev) has been blocked in Turkey now. Use Opera.

Oh, silly me! I assumed there was a technical issue, forgetting that we're in Turkey.
