New Bounty System? - Creating a Bountysource Alternative

New Bounty System?

• simple crypto-based contract for escrow
  • on crypto-platform with processing fees in penny region
• low fee for the contract (e.g. a 3%)
• very simple, github-PR bound process
  • PR is merged, escrowed amount is send immediately to bounty worker

(I could implement this, but am far too bored to do so, because it's too simple, not challenging stuff)

I'm a maintainer of Gitpay (https://gitpay.me), which is entirely Open Source, and we don't retain the bounty funds.
