Upgrading OSS c2pa to v0.71.2 which is the latest version

Summary:
Upgraded c2pa to the latest version (v0.71.2) to resolve for Google Veo/Sora and all the latest content which would significantly increase the coverage percentage. This upgrade ensures compatibility with the newest AI-generated content formats and providers.

Added test coverage for Google provided images/videos to validate the c2pa implementation against real-world content from Google's AI generation tools.
