`bowtie smoke` (and the JSON Schema for implementation info) should disallow versions containing `master / main / trunk`

These branch names aren't helpful, because a user seeing them on the site will know that it was a branch, but not what commit that was at the time the report was built.

(See #1298 and #1512 (comment) for cases this smoke test would have / should have caught).

Hi @Julian, can I open a PR for this issue?
I’m working on it locally and added a not pattern constraint to the version field in bowtie/schemas/models/implementation.json to reject "master", "main", and "trunk" as whole words (case-insensitive) I also added a test case in bowtie/tests/test_schemas.py to verify the validation works correctly.

Does this approach look good?
