Automatically update resource blocks in update PRs #47
Description
I have no idea why brew bump-formula-pr or the action I found doesn't do this by default, but we should look for another one, or else do it "manually" in the action by running and committing the result of brew update-python-resources --package-name bowtie-json-schema ./bowtie.rb.
Every PR should bump the versions or at least bump them if they conflict with (Python) pins in the new version.
