Adjust how products should be created and edited

Context

We want to massively simplify the product screen for the co-ordinator role. Currently it looks like this:

Idea

Ideally it would only show

• product name
• category
• cost (but not needed now so hide )
• the product variants UI (maybe hide the options to add individual attribute values - I suspect adding the variant name itself is enough given we have adult/child splits on the attributes anyway. @HaGuesto?)

We probably want to hide the other fields rather than remove as some we will need to default (such as Product Type).

Not sure yet if we could do this with the permissions in #34 or whether we'd need to customise the view or just throw in some CSS to hide the elements.

@jamescrowley I would not hide the option selection for the variants. If it is too complecated we can still remove it. However, yesterday I found a use case where it is quite crucial.
