Copying to Notifications in Android 15 is Not Working Correctly

I just bought a new phone with Android 15. The copy of user ID and password to notifications is not working correctly or at least consistently. Generally I am finding that the user ID is being copied to both notifications, although I think I saw at least once where it was the password was in both notifications. Using the menu selections of copying user ID or password to the clipboard is working.
