Work around sigstore-rs rekor issue in integration tests

sigstore-rs has a bug ever since the sigstore project added 2 target
certificates. For further details, see:
see sigstore/sigstore-rs#501
In order to unblock our integration tests, disable verification until
the issue is fixed.

This is a temporary workaround, to be removed once the sigstore-rs issue
is solved and the dependency pulled into bpfman.
