Today, our build wouldn't update automatically via the Git Updater plugin.
If you use the release asset gutenberg.zip and add it to your plugins, it seems to work fine.
I am investigating about the hick-up.

So I updated Gutenberg Nightly on one of the other reference sites just fine.
Git Updater 10.4.2
I probably tried to update it before the release asset upload was completed.
