Allow providing custom panel header provider

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to provide a custom HTML for the header of the bpmn panel.

• Allows styling (adding CSS) based on the type of element
• Allows adding custom icons (via font awesome HTML) from within the custom provider

Describe the solution you'd like

Like with other parts of the application the PanelsHeaderProvider should not be fixed to the current implementation but taken from injection or allow registering additional providers.

Use MutationObserver and override existing HTML

Hi,
Thanks for opening the issue. If I understand it correctly, you'd like to be able to customize the properties panel header which is not possible right now. I think this is a valid feature request, but not something that we prioritize. However, we are happy to accept community contributions.

Oh sorry for the confusion he put a bounty on this issue on this platform gitpay.me so I was asking about that.

I see, but this is outside of the scope of this repository/issue. If you want to provide a solution, we are happy to review a PR. However, bpmn-io does not pay any bounties for OS contributions.

You don't need an assignment in order to provide a pull request. Just make sure you read and understand our contributing guidelines.
