Describe the Bug

In the Camunda Web modeler, it is possible to select a start form on a start event. In the Camunda Desktop Modeler, this option is not displayed in the property pane. (camunda/issues#815, camunda/camunda-modeler#4672)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open desktop modeler
2. Click on start event
3. Look at property pane: no "Forms" group is shown

Expected Behavior

A "Forms" group is shown, just like regular user tasks (and also like in the web modeler)
