Support `count`, such as "number of documents in APM error?

Hi thanks for the lib! I wonder whether it can support count, such as "number of documents in APM error?

It would be great to support count queries.
When the number of hits is large (> 10k), the search query does not return the proper count (but is capped at 10k).
