Null values in creation_date #95

Proposed Statistic/Metric:
The first 5 datasets in the creation_date column do not have dates assigned to them. Their creation dates are simply listed as "None". Creation dates for these datasets must be added.
Justification: Fixing this issue will help the visualization to become more accurate.

Data Source: The information needed to compute the statistic should come from this file https://download.brainimagelibrary.org/inventory/daily/reports/today.json or any file(s) listed in today.json.
Calculation Method: add creation dates to all datasets
Expected Output: creation dates assigned to all datasets
