[BUG] Failures during stitching not handled correctly #35
Description
It's possible that all links are filtered out by BigStitcher leading to no transforms being available. Currently, this fails with an uninformative error. Need to catch cases where BigStitcher was unable to stitch the tiles and report that to the user.
